Today I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. And that’s why it’s the perfect day for my 360 Slim review. 360Slim For Her is a fat burner that I tried, because, let’s face it, I’ve tried almost every product on the market by now. I stumbled upon this product after doing a basic online search for new products, and figured I’d give it a shot. The reviews were positive for the most part- so how bad could it be? Let’s go in depth and find out.

As you know from some of my other reviews I’ve been on a real fat burning kick lately. The beach season is coming, and I’ve been trying rigorously to get my body where I want it. That has meant splitting up my training into two sessions a day now. Cardio in the morning, and weights at night. I don’t think I’ve been doing it for long enough to really say either ‘yeah this is working awesome’ or ‘no I don’t think this is worth the extra blood sweat and tears’.

There are two things that you need to know about splitting up training into two parts.

  1. First is that you need to be supplementing. It’s tough to summon the energy required for high intensity workouts two times a day.
  2. Second is that it’s more expensive! The calorie output is much higher when you increase the training load (obviously), so I’ve found myself eating a big meal immediately after the first workout session so that I’m not running out of steam for the second session.

How does this have anything with 360 Slim For Her? Well, it kind of doesn’t, but I wanted to give you a sense of the training and lifestyle that I adhered to while I was taking this diet pill. The other thing you should know about the three week trial run that I had with 360 Slim is that I was making a conscious effort to drop a few pounds. I keep very specific track of my caloric intake and macros to ensure that I’m basically eating at an ‘even keel’ level. I’ve found that for me personally, when I eat about the exact same amount of calories that I’m burning – I feel best. So with that being said, here is how my 3 weeks with 360 Slim went.

360 Slim Performance Grade: 7.5

360 Slim is getting a pretty average 7.5 from me- and here’s why: It gave me totally average results. When a product just flat out doesn’t perform for me, it’s not going to score highly. This diet pill from 360 Cut was almost impressive in it’s averageness. I got my 45 serving bottle direct from 360 cut for around a dollar per serving- which isn’t all that great of a value for fat burning pills. But hey, maybe it was worth the cost, right? Wrong.

Week 1: My first week on 360 Slim by 360 Cut went by totally uneventful. My workouts went well and everything. My eating was pretty well regulated and I was disciplined in my food choices. Basically everything was setup for this fat burner to blow me away, because I was doing everything in my power to get the quick result. But maybe the product just needed a little bit of time to ramp up.

Week 2: Week two went surprisingly like the first. Everything was controlled to the T from a diet and exercise perspective. Each morning I would get in front of the mirror and look closely for any new highlights and shadows on my muscle tone. Alas, nothing new was seen. Perhaps the final week of my review trial period would yield the effects.

Week 3: The final week of my time on Slim 360 was about as anti-climactic as they get. Unlike some of the fat burners that you can really see kick in after the third week, I was left forever waiting with Slim 360. If I absolutely had to give SOME sort of credit to this product, I guess I would say that it does have some diuretic qualities. But before you get out your wallet, you might want to ask yourself if that’s what you really want. For me, I whenever I take these products that have the diuretic effects, I do wake up looking a little bit ‘dryer’- but the cost of that is you pee like twice as often as you usually would

After taking some time to think about what might have been impacted the results that I got with Slim 360, I got to thinking if I was taking the product exactly as recommended. And I guess I was, but modified it slightly. As I mentioned before, I was on my fasted cardio routine, so my ‘breakfast’ was actually more like a lunch. I almost wonder if the fact that my meal schedule was sort of abnormal didn’t have something do to with the product not really giving me the results that I was looking for. I think if you do decide to give 360 Cut fat burner a try, you might want to stick to the strict adherence to their instructions, in the hopes that your outcome is better than mine.

360 Slim For Her Formula Grade: 8.0

Another fairly average review grade is being given for the ingredients. To be honest, I’m not that surprised that this fat burner didn’t quite do it for me- the formula is super basic, and I actually think that it’s SO similar to so many of the different products out there that my body might have adapted to these supplements at this point. I feel like this is a very real phenomenon with supplements. After all, your body adjusts to handle whatever it is exposed to, and if you take something for as long as I have, there has to be some kind of diminished response. But anyways. What’s actually in 360 Slim Fat Burner?

  • Guarana Extract (seeds)
  • Green Coffee Bean Extract
  • Green Tea Extract
  • L-Carnitine
  • Raspberry Ketones
  • Caffeine
  • Yerba Mate
  • Dandelion Root

Aside from the Carnitine and the green tea extract- I really see nothing exciting in this product. What would I like to see in here, you ask? First of all I’d like to see a non-proprietary blend, which the product is. That means I can’t really tell how much of each of these ingredients is in each serving. In terms of the ingredients themselves, I would like to see some black pepper extract, and maybe some Advantra-Z as well. Of course that would increase the costs. But these days the customer is getting too smart to keep falling for these boilerplate Green Coffee / Raspberry Ketone / Caffeine products. There’s a new era of consumer and 360 Slim isn’t going to cut it. So the product doesn’t do much, and most of that is because of the drab formula. Could the packaging at least provide a bright spot?

Slim 360 For Her Packaging Grade: 7.3

Ew. That’s how I reacted when I actually saw the packaging for Slim 360 For Her. It’s mostly blackish grey, and then has pink accents. I’m immediately turned off by the lack of creativity. There’s a super confusing and ugly silhouette of smoke (i think) in the background. There are seventeen different fonts. The words are so far apart that there is no unity among any of the graphic elements. The ‘for her’ looks like it was ripped straight from the NLA products. Overall I couldn’t be less impressed with a package design. It’s almost Chick Pump bad.

Slim 360 Value and Final Score:

  • Performance: 7.5
  • Formula: 8.0
  • Packaging: 7.3
  • Value: 7.0
  • Final Score: 7.6

After taking everything into consideration- I’m giving Slim360 For Her a rather unremarkable score of 7.6. And that’s actually sort of generous, all things considered. The product is over-priced for what it is. And what it is, is a totally average, cookie-cutter thermogenic. If you’re going to shell out for a stimulant-based fat burner, you might be better served overlooking Slim360 For Her.
