Time for another fat burner review and today’s Evochem Phenadren Review is going to be rather brief, I’ve got to be honest with you. I don’t have a ton of time so I’m going to do everything in my power to crank this review out in basically a recored setting time. But that doesn’t mean that there will be anything lacking from my Phenadren review. The insight, detail, and of course humor will still all be present in this my second Evochem Nutrition review. In this review I want to focus on three main elements of Phenadren. The first thing we’ll talk about is the performance and benefits that you can expect when you take the product. I know you are probably here because you want to know what it’s like to take Phenadren in terms of the results. You want to know if you can take it safely and expect to lose wait. You might also wonder how much a factor the energy level thing is. Can you expect truly exceptional energy levels when you take Phenadren? I’ll tell you. Another thing we’ll cover in this review is of course the ingredients. What is in the product that gives it the benefits? Is everything included in this formula safe for consumption or are there any wild cards that you need to be wary of? This is an important consideration for any fat burner. Lastly, we’ll discuss the packaging that Phenadren is housed in. This is sort of a fun little analysis that I like to do with all my fat burner reviews so you have that in store for you as well. So let’s get this Phenadren Review moving.
Like I mentioned in the intro, Phenadren is the second Evochem product that I’m reviewing. As you may have read in my Thermovex Review, that was a product that I actually had some really nice results with. That is a fat burning pre workout very similar to other pre workouts that target women. But anyways I was in Nutrishop the other day (I know, I’ve been on a Nutrishop binge lately), and I found two products of interest. The first was the Forza Pro Protein, which I posted my official review on yesterday, and then this fat burner. Only after I brought it home and started studying the packaging did I realize that this product is familiar because it is from Evochem, the makers of Thermovex! But long story short, since I really enjoyed Thermovex, I was excited to try Phenadren on for size. So. Did it live up to my expectations?
Does Evochem Phenadren Work?
I’m going to give Phenadren a hugely admirable 9.0 on the performance grade. It’s not the most hardcore fat burner that I’ve ever tried, but it’s suitable for moderate fat loss. Basically if you are trying to lose anywhere between 1 and 5 pounds within a reasonable amount of time, I think you can have realistic results with Evochem. You won’t have the weight falling off of your body by any means, but with some dedication and focus to your diet and nutrition, I firmly believe Phenadren is going to give you that edge that you need to help support the fat loss. Here is a sort of ‘mini-log’ that I recorded during my two week span of taking Phenadren:
Day 4: I have now been taking Phenadren twice per day as instructed, and think the product is starting to really yield some results for me. I have eaten clean for two of these first four days so maybe that has something to do with it, but I swear my obliques are looking really good and lean. Maybe a little bigger than usual too since I’ve been strengthening them, but I really do think Phenadren is working.
Day 8: Ok there is definitely something going on beyond my eating clean, LOL. I have really started to see wonderful ab definition, and not just in my sides, which is where I’m used to seeing abs. I am now seeing really nice definition in the front areas too, where it’s usually just one big mass. Frowny emoji. But now, I’m starting to see a bit of a shadow in the middle, and even a crossing line to form a four pack. Progress not perfection right? Excited for the next 6 days with Phenadren.
Day 14: Well, I think I may have tapered just a little bit in terms of my results. I did have a super aggressive happy hour and corresponding cheat meal (aka cheat day) to follow that up, in which I ate at Chipotle and neglected my workout. So I think this really slowed up my progress. But I’m still willing to say that Phenadren can provide fat loss if you take it twice per day, and also make sure to eat clean and stick to your diet. Just don’t fall off the train like I did or it will stymy your results.
Evochem Phenadren Formula Grade: 9.0
Consistent with the results that I saw, I am really digging the formula that Evochem developed for their fat burner. They refer to the formula as a 6-stage thermogenic formula designed to promote thermogenesis and enhance energy levels. I don’t know about the whole 6-stage thing since the ‘stages’ concept is a marketing tactic that has been around for years, but I do still think that they included some really well-though-out ingredients in their proprietary blend. Here are the ingredients to be found in Evochem’s fat loss product:
- Coleus Forskohlii
- Raspberry Ketone
- Cayenne Pepper Extract
- Hordenine
- Kelp
- Phenylethylamine HCI
- DMAE
- Caffine Anhydrous
- Citrus Aurantium
- White Willow Bark
- Green Tea Leaf Extract
- Yohimbine HCI
- Hoodia Gordonii
- Fucoxanthin
- Dandelion Root
- Juniper Bery
- Uva Ursi
- Niacin
- Methylsulfonylmethane
Whew. I know some of those are a mouthful. The product also includes a pretty comprehensive vitamin combination of B6, B12, and then also chromium, which is a mineral that aids in fat loss as well. For me, the highlights of the formula are the coleus and the Uva Ursi. You don’t find these in most fat burners because sometimes they get the reputation of being ‘testosterone’ boosting ingredients. But honestly you are just fine taking them if you are female. The coleus is going to do more for fat loss and lean muscle than actually raising your testosterone levels. Some other nice, well-researched ingredients included in Evochem Phenadren are the Citrus Aurantium, and then of course green tea and caffeine. Overall I’m really happy with how well-rounded and complete this formula is.
Evochem Phenadren Packaging Grade: 8.0
I guess this packaging could definitely be improved upon. Like Thermovex, it shares the same sort of blandness that you would expect from Nutrishop. Well. Actually you know what? The Stance Supplements are actually really quite handsome in their. So not everything in Nutrishop is ugly. But certainly the Evochem products are. ‘Ugly’ might even be too strong of a word though. The blue jar is sort of growing on me the more I look at it. And the shade of blue that they use isn’t quite as boring as I used to think it was. Just kidding, yes it is. It’s just a boring shade of blue, I’m not going to sugar-coat it! Royal blue and white is the color theme that they’ve chosen to use on Phenadren, and to many this combination will conjure a sense of trust and effectiveness in the product. See, I DID learn something in branding 101! LOL. Evochem is definitely going for that ‘effective’ almost ‘clinical’ feel that some brands try to do these days to make you think you’re taking something that is of pharmaceutical strength. I hate to bust your bubble but Phenadren is certainly NOT of pharmaceutical strength. Can it be an effective supplement to a diet and weight loss program? Sure. But marketing it as some sort of pseudo-drug is, well, kind of deceptive in my humble opinion.

Ok, so it’s a high quality and relatively effective product. But what is the final verdict? Is it worth the price point that they charge you at Nutrishop (I got it on sale for under $50). I think the answer is yes. If you are in a Nutrishop and you want a top-shelf fat loss product, I would strongly consider giving Phenadren a try.*
